The Bob Standards extensive repertoire draws from many styles and epochs, from the Rock & Roll of Elvis, Chuck Berry and Johnny Cash to the 60's sound of The Beatles, The Kinks, The Beach Boys, and The Doors, from the Soul of James Brown, Wilson Pickett and The Commitments to the Dance floor Reggae of Bob Marley. Their show puts a particular emphasis on the 70's, 80's and 90's with hits from singers and groups such as Gloria Gaynor, ABBA, Boney M, Cyndi Lauper, REM, Queen, Depeche Mode, Eurythmics, Bruce Springsteen, AC/DC, Bon Jovi, U2, James, Blur, Oasis, The Pogues and the Dubliners. A night with the Bob Standards is a non-stop party packed with classics but that doesn’t forget the new century with songs by Coldplay, The Strokes, The Killers, Franz Ferdinand and The Kings of Leon.
